Waikato born and bred, Brad has more than a decade of experience in finance and banking.  He has been UDC’s commercial manager in the mighty Waikato for over five years, specialising in civil construction, transport and agriculture.

Brad is passionate about helping Kiwis grow their businesses.  What makes their success even more enjoyable for Brad is being able to build strong relationships with them and becoming a trusted member of their team.

It is no surprise that Brad is a team player in business; in his personal time, he can be found on the rugby paddock for Melville in the winter and on the cricket pitch in the summer.  He also loves spending quality time with his wife and two young children.

With more than 38 years of experience in the banking and asset finance sector (over 24 of these years with UDC), no one is better qualified than Eddie to look after your asset finance needs and help grow your business.

Eddie specialises in the forestry, road transport, construction and aviation sectors.  He is experienced in identifying new opportunities, tailoring solutions to businesses, and building strong relationships with his customers.  Eddie thrives on watching customers grow with UDC; being on the journey with them is very satisfying.

In his spare time, Eddie has a wide range of interests including staying fit and active, the odd round of golf, boating and fishing out in the Bay, family time and travel.

If you’re looking for someone who knows asset finance like the back of their hand, look no further than Bryan Lea.  With over 40 years of experience in the lending space, and at least 15 of those with UDC, he understands what makes businesses tick in both the good times and the challenging times.

Bryan has spent a significant amount of time in rural lending but he has covered many different businesses in a wide range of industries in his four decades of work.  He thoroughly enjoys talking with customers and potential customers, building trusting relationships so businesses feel comfortable and confident contacting him to discuss their asset finance options.

In his spare time, Bryan enjoys a range of sporting activities.  He has a number of running achievements under his belt, including marathons and half marathons, and you can also find him clocking up the kilometres in the Bay of Plenty area on his bicycle.
