Geoff has been in banking for 33 years, spanning 6 countries. He has assisted a range of clients, from smaller family owned businesses to large multinationals, covering diverse industries.

He is motivated by building client relationships, understanding their business, their goals, and tailoring finance and other solutions to help them in meeting those objectives. In his spare time, his passions have included, playing golf, marathon running, flying and getting out into the outdoors.He is married with 2 sons, both forging their own careers, so any time with the family is treasured.

Steve is a familiar face in the Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne regions, having been a Commercial Manager with UDC for more than 13 years.  Steve brings over 39 years of banking and finance experience to his role, predominantly from lending money and managing commercial relationships with businesses small and large.

With this vast experience, Steve has significant expertise across a wide range of industries, from forestry, agriculture and road transport through to construction, civil contracting and aviation.  He really ‘gets’ these businesses operating in the Hawke’s Bay and Gisborne regions.  The highlight of Steve’s role at UDC is watching his customers evolve and grow, and working with them to take up new opportunities to see their businesses thrive even more.

In his down time, Steve loves to relax with family and friends.  He is a big fan of local sporting and music events as well as travelling the country… and further afield when time permits!

Craig has dedicated 38 years to the financial and banking industry, beginning his career at the National Bank after leaving school in 1987. His recent positions have included Trust & Estate Management, Residential Home Loan Lender, Business Banking Manager, and Mortgage Adviser.

He is passionate about helping people and looks forward to partnering with business owners to understand their unique needs, allowing him to tailor solutions that facilitate their success and help them distinguish themselves in the marketplace.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Craig enjoys participating in and watching sports. He played rugby until his mid-40s and took pleasure in coaching his son’s junior teams. He also contributed at an administrative level as a board member of his local rugby club. Nowadays, he relishes watching the occasional game, particularly when the All Blacks perform well. An average golfer, he serves as the men's vice-captain at his local golf club, where he helps select representative teams and ensures the smooth running of men’s club competitions.

His son and two stepsons are now adults forging their paths in the world, which fills him with pride for the upbringing they received. Craig and his fiancée Rachel eagerly anticipate the joy of spoiling their future grandchildren.

Tim may well be classified as a ‘young gun’ with just over five years under his belt at UDC, but he brings with him more than 15 years of strong finance experience across retail, business banking and asset finance.

Tim is a well-rounded expert when it comes to asset finance in the Taranaki region, with his finger particularly on the pulse with financing road transport and agricultural contracting gear.  If you’re looking for a partner who will work with you towards your goals and be committed to doing what is right by you, then look no further than Tim.

When Tim’s not busy working hard for his UDC customers, he likes to spend time with his wife and two young sons.  You might also find him out on the golf course or riding one of his motorbikes on the tracks of Manfield or Taupō.

Karl has built a distinguished career in the finance sector, with extensive experience across agriculture, transport, retail banking, and most recently, the motor industry. His background spans from family-owned businesses to large commercial enterprises.

Karl’s true passion lies in crafting solutions for his clients and witnessing their businesses flourish. He finds immense satisfaction in seeing first-hand how his customers' operations contribute to New Zealand’s progress. “It’s inspiring to observe our customers driving growth and innovation,” Karl notes.

With roots in farming, Karl stays busy by renovating properties in his spare time. He’s married with six children, cherishing time with his family. A dedicated sports enthusiast, Karl follows all activities his kids participate in, with rugby being his particular passion. You’ll often find him at the local rugby fields in Whanganui or cheering on the Hurricanes at their games.

When it comes to asset finance, Trixie knows her stuff.  She has had over 30 years of experience in the banking sector, and more than seven years working in the Central commercial team at UDC.

Trixie likes nothing better than to receive referrals from her existing customers.  She prides herself on really listening and understanding what businesses need, tailoring finance solutions to suit their situation, and ensuring her customers are looked after so they can grow and in fact thrive in business.

Trixie loves to stay active in her spare time, whether it is walking her dog Leo or riding her electric bike.  She is also a bit of a dab hand at golf, playing regularly with her girlfriends as part of the ’50 Shades of Pink’ team!
