During the current COVID-19 pandemic, UDC will continue to operate in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines so that we can look after the needs of our customers. For us, the welfare of our staff and working closely with our customers to ensure we all get through in the best shape possible is our priority.

If you find yourself in a situation where you are concerned about making your loan repayments, please get in touch. We want to work closely with our customers to manage any financial impacts of the pandemic by getting a plan in place as soon as possible.

All variation requests will be subject to credit approval. 

Things to remember:

1. For all varied loans, interest will continue to apply during this period and will form part of the final loan amount to be repaid. 

2. If you miss a scheduled loan payment (either before or after any variation to your loan agreement), this will still constitute a default under your loan agreement. If you expect to miss a payment, please contact us so that we can assist you.
