UDC Purchase of BOQ's NZ Assets Complete

UDC is pleased to confirm that the purchase of the New Zealand loan book of BOQ Finance from the Bank of Queensland (BOQ) was completed on 31 March 2024.
The purchase aligns with UDC’s core business while providing exposure to adjacent business areas, the opportunity to work with new distribution partners and supports UDC’s ongoing growth strategy through acquisition.
UDC Finance CEO Don Atkinson says, “We look forward to working with these new customers and welcoming two members of the BOQ team to UDC”.
